How to refer

Referring your friends and family is simple! When contacting our office to schedule or booking online, all your friend or family member need to do is inform us that they have been referred by you! We will take care of the rest.

The more you refer, the more you earn!

You will continue to earn Referral Rewards for each valid referral who become a SkinLab Client. (Maximum bank amount: $100)

Once the client you referred has checked out for their first treatment, a referral credit will be issued to both you, the referrer, and the client, the referee. Your referral credits will be placed on file for you to use at your next appointments!

What if my friend or family member forgot to mentioned that I referred them?

If the client you referred forgets to mention this during the initial appointment scheduling, you have up to 14 days after their first appointment to notify us of the referral and thus qualify for the referral reward.

I'm not a current client. Can I still earn rewards on referrals?

Both the referrer and the referee must have paying services in order to receive Referral Rewards.

Do the referral credits expire?

Your referral credits do not expire but you may only 'bank' up to $100 at a time.

Can I use multiple referral rewards on one service?

Yes, you can use up to $100 in referral rewards at a time.

Exclusions:

Clients may accumulate discounts contingent upon the number of referrals. One discount per referral. Referred patients must be new to SkinLab Charleston. Rewards may not be used toward previous purchases, products, redeemed for cash or applied to cancellation fees. No cash value. Referral Rewards Program details are subject to change.
